Yes, you are tested in all of the 4 sections of the IELTS test. However, your Listening, Reading and Writing mock test will happen together at a single sitting as opposed to a separate, standalone Speaking mock test.

Talking about the total length of Listening, Reading and Writing, the test lasts for about a little more than 2 and a half hours. You will get the score report of the given test the next day.

Yes, you can first take a free mock test before enrolling in to the premium mock tests.

Yes, you get it. In Listening and Reading, you can review the questions and know for yourself where you made the mistakes, looking at the answers provided to you after your test.

In Writing, you get an overall writing band score plus sub-scores on the 4 marking criteria (TA/TR , CC, LR and GRA). Most importantly, you get some helpful feedback that includes the mistakes you made and how you can do better to improve your score. You will also get a corrected version of your Writing (for both Task 1 and Task 2).

Regarding Speaking, which you take at a different time, you get immediate feedback on all the 3 parts of your test (part 1, part 2 , part 3) plus separate score and feedback on all of the four speaking assessment criteria – fluency & coherence, lexical resources, grammatical range & accuracy , and pronunciation. You can learn more about the Speaking Mock Test in a separate page here.

You can take the mock tests as soon as you pay. Further information about the Listening-Reading-Writing mock test can be gained through a free mock test here.

  • Satisfy all of the 4 marking criteria in the official IELTS band descriptors as you speak
  • Find out why you should speak in a conversational style & not in a ‘speech-giving’ style

What Students are Saying

” Among all the IELTS resources I’ve gone through, the lessons at BeatMockTest have been the most clear and methodical. In fact, despite my strong English level, I feel I would never have achieved a band 8 in writing were it not for the system-based, exam-oriented lessons at BEAT !

NGUYEN VAN LU, VIETNAM

” My teacher Merina pinpointed all the shortcomings in my letters and essays. She made me realize the reasons I was stuck at 6.5 for so long, and taught me to shape my writing to satisfy the official marking criteria for a 7 and above..Can’t thank her enough for the 7.5 that I finally scored !

SONAM LAMA, NOW IN UK

” I happened to discover BEAT MOCK TEST just a month before my 3rd attempt at IELTS. Thanks to BEAT, that remained my last and final attempt. I was able to move to a 7 from a 6 in Speaking only because of the series of feedback and mock speaking sessions that I had there !
